In 1998 we started using the Agora badge, partly at our customers' demand. This badge system was completely revamped in August 2009.

To make sure your purchases go smoothly and to avoid possible mistakes on your invoice, our staff will ask your badge when scanning the purchased goods in every department. Your badge will also be scanned at the checkout when paying your invoices.

That is why it is imperative to bring your badge with you during each visit!

When you lose your badge, we advise you to notify your branch as soon as possible.

Attention: The Agora badge is strictly personal! Only you or your staff will be given access to our shopping area. Please do NOT pass this badge on to third parties/private persons. We would also like to ask you to only take a maximum of 2 people with you when visiting our company. With this system, we try to reserve our flower and plant trade for the specialised trade and protect our customers.
